SOUTH PADRE ISLAND catch of 49 Red Snapper and two bait fish

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas (March 24)- A catch of 49 Red Snapper and two bait fish are displayed after six Mexican fishermen were caught illegally fishing in U.S. waters north of the U.S.-Mexico border Wednesday. Approximately 14 lancha boats were spotted illegally fishing on a routine patrol by a Coast Guard jet. Most of the lanchas fled into Mexican waters.
