The smaller of the 2 Perpetrator models has been purposely designed with Jewfish (Mulloway) & smaller pelagics in mind.

Equally at home being rolled around rock walls & ledges as it is being trolled in the big blue.

Its built with Heavy Duty VMC Hooks, Foil & Chrome finishes and very good high speed troll capabilities.

The sound these lures generates thanks to the large single ball-bearing inside really has to be heard to be believed - it is very cool!

With an overall length of 260mm (body 225mm) the Perpetrator is the latest addition to the Cutting Edge Lure range.

This lure is the result of a collaboration between Rob Gaden and Craig Bell who have been mates for more than 20 years.

Craig designed and made the originals in the early 1990’s for his own use and for some mates to use on their yearly trips to Swain’s Reef. All originals were hand made from Cedar and twisted wire hook hangers.

With more than 50 years combined lure making experience between them and minor design changes by Rob, we are now able to make and supply the market with a world class blue-water classic lure.

at 260mm in length and weighing in at 150 grams, fitted with 6xx strength V.M.C trbles and split rings this is one very serious and strong lure.

During testing, the lure could be trolled at an incredible 15 knots and caught the following species:
Mackerel, Wahoo, Dog Tooth Tuna, Blue Fin Tuna, Cod and even small Bill Fish.
