An off-white, plastic stoneware body with excellent throwing characteristics for beginning throwers and for domestic ware. Fires to white with a gray tint.
With higher firing, this clay becomes vitreous and therefore suitable for functional ware.
Bisque fire at 1000°C
Glaze temperature 1280°C - 1300°C
