Jacoub's Hickory Smoke Mix


Jacoub's Hickory Smoke Mix is a special seasoning salt mix that gives your food the flavour of smoked food without the need for a messy smoker.  Ideal for fish, chicken, beef, other meats and vegetables to get that delicious smokey flavour.
Simply mix a few spoons of the smoke in water to make a brine (try different ratios to find the strength you like), then marinate your raw food in the mix for a few hours or even overnight (the longer the time, the stronger the flavour).  Then remove your food from  the mix and pat dry.  Now cook your food in whatever manner you please - grill, bake, BBQ or fry.  Now enjoy that delicious smokey flavour! Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Natural Smoke Flavour, Vegetable Oil, Spices, Colour (102)

Directions:

  • Add 85g of Hickory Smoke Powder to 570ml of water.
  • Add fish in the solution for 4 to 12 hours depending on the size of the fish.


Storage:

  • Store in a Cool Dry Place.  For Longer Freshness Seal Tight after use.
