If you are ready to start catching some powerful fish then the best method for retrieval of the halco haymaker popper 195 is to point the rod tip direct at the lure and retrieve any slack line then firmly sweep the rod tip in a downward motion approximately 45 degrees. Pause the lure for several seconds and if you have not yet had an explosive hit from a fish repeat the process as necessary
