Weber Stainless Steel Roasting Trivet - This accessory allows air to convect all around & under the roast for more even cooking. It also minimizes scorching on the base of the roast.
To ensure the bottom of the roast is not scorched by the hot bars, place a sheet of foil to act as a double heat shield.
This lays on the cooking grill directly below the trivet.
This Weber Roasting Trivet is made to suit Family Q models.
Tip: Always pre-heat your BBQ for 10 mins when roasting. There's also no need to turn the meat when roasting, so try not to open the lid unnecessarily.
Tip: Try the Weber Digital Thermometer to gauge the internal temperature of the roast to reach level of doneness.
