Squidgy Pro Range Flick Bait 70mm, 85mm, 110mm and 145mm Soft Plastic Lures

Squidgy Pro Range Flick Bait

The Squidgy Flick Bait is a sophisticated, soft stick bait with a proven track record for regularly catching really tricky customers, even in clear, hard-fished waters.

To put together the Squidgy Pro Flick Bait range, we’ve taken just a couple of the best sizes of this brilliant baitfish-profile lure in a limited number of the deadliest colours, packaging them in greater numbers than the standard range, and with S-Factor bite stimulant included! Fish them un-weighted, on Finesse Resin Heads, standard Finesse Heads, Fish Heads or Round Head Jigs, depending on the tail action and running depth you wish to achieve. These are incredibly versatile softies!

Work your Squidgy Pro Flick Baits with short, sharp, upward or sideways flicks of the rod tip, followed by semi-slack-line pauses and drops... and hold on tight! Bream, snapper, mulloway, flathead, barra, kingfish, tuna... You name it, they all come running for a well-worked Squidgy Pro Flick Bait!

#1 - 70mm, #2 - 85mm, #3 - 110mm, #4 - 145mm

Rigging your Squidgy straight is absolutely critical! A straight lure will swim naturally, as intended.

STEP 1 Once you’ve chosen a jig head and tail to suit the target species and conditions, lay the jig head along the tail, placing the nose of the Squidgy against the back of the head, and pin-point the exit point of the hook on top of the tail.

STEP 2 Push the hook point through the dead centre of the tail’s nose and keep the hook in the centre of the Squidgy as you feed it on, until it exits the mid-line of the tail at the point you identified in step 1.

STEP 3 Once the hook has cleared the tail, gently push the tail right up the hook and over the hook keeper, seating it firmly against the jig head.

STEP 4 Your Squidgy should not be bunched, bent or short of the jig head. If it’s straight like this, it’s ready to catch fish!
