Shimano Bushy Lure Legend Series Fishing Rods

Shimano Bushy Lure Legend Series Fishing Rods

Kaj ‘Bushy’ Busch is a piscatorial legend in this country and rightly so, being well versed in all aspects of recreational fishing from dry fly to bluewater game. He is proud to put his name to this new rod series he designed in conjunction with the Australian Rod Builder, Ian ‘Barra’ Miller.

Everything about the Bushy Legend Lure series spells class. Powerful graphite blanks for casting energy and strike detection, imperceptible ferrules on the two-piece rods, cork grips for lightness and increased sensitivity, and Sea Guide reel seats and zirconium ring guides to round out an extremely impressive spec’ sheet. Plus there’s a graphic of Bushy’s trademark ‘council broom’ moustache stamped on the butt!

Lure fishing targets Bushy and Barra envisage these rods being used for include freshwater natives, bream, whiting, snapper, barramundi and yellowtail kings, but really, any species that will take a swipe at a lure is fair game.
